Retirement
Amica offers a defined benefit pension plan, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match up to 6 percent and immediate vesting. Contributions to the 401(k) plan can be made on a pre-tax, after-tax or Roth basis up to 50% of your pay, subject to IRS maximums.
